Set mode

Definition

INT Set_Mode ( <INT width> , <INT height> , [<INT depth>] , [<INT flags>] )

Sets the video mode of the program.

INT width	- Width of the screen in pixels, ie 640.
INT height	- Height of the screen in pixels, ie 480.
INT depth	- Color depth of the screen, ie 8 or 16.
INT flags	- Optional render flags.

INT : Returns true if successful and false if failed. (Needs confirmation.)
